Do I need a wedding planner?
Great question! This is a highly personal answer, but what we know to be true is that to have a beautiful, thoughtful, and seamless event you need a professional devoted and committed to you! Our clients would not ask if they can afford a wedding planner, but rather trust they cannot afford to NOT have one!
What's the difference between a wedding planner and a wedding coordinator?
These two roles serve very different functions but we often know it can be confusing to decide what is best for you!
Wedding Coordinator: A wedding coordinator or "Day of Coordinator" should be a master executor of the details and plans you have created. Very few clients we work with really know how to compile and assimilate their plans into an execution plan. And that's OK! Coordination is a simple service that is focused on logistics and timeline management. We do not offer this service as a standalone any longer! We found our clients never needed only execution and this only resulted in them being incredibly overwhelmed a few weeks before the wedding when we would step in. Our small planning package starts up to 3 months before the wedding, so our brides can enjoy the last few months until I Do!
Wedding Planner: A wedding planner or planning team are highly skilled professionals in the industry! Their experience isn't limited to logistics and timelines. Hiring a planner empowers the entire planning process and wedding with the expertise needed to choose the right vendors, develop the appropriate budget, develop design and decor themes, manage the logistics and planning steps and so much more!
How can a wedding planner help save me time and effort?

Our job is to shoulder the burden of logistics and allow you to focus on enjoying the process and anticipating your special day.

Absolutely! Wedding planners are experts at budget management. We will work closely with you to understand your budget goals and priorities. This isn't the fun part of planning, we know having appropriate expectations of the cost means your planning process will be smooth and your wedding day protected! We will help you define your vision and priorities so your budget aligns perfectly.
Will hiring a wedding planner help reduce stress for me and my partner?
One million times yes! There are a million choices throughout the wedding planning process. We help prioritize and shoulder this responsibility and keep you focused only on what you need to do. This allows you and your partner to relax and enjoy the journey towards your big day without feeling overwhelmed.
I have a specific vision for my wedding. Can a wedding planner bring that vision to life?

Can a wedding planner handle destination weddings or weddings in a different city/country?
Yes, our wedding planners are well-equipped to handle destination weddings or weddings in other locations. Want to run off to Paris? Or are you wanting micro wedding at the beach? Let's starting packing!
What about handling unexpected situations or emergencies during the wedding day? There are many critical roles we fill as planners, but one of the most important is predicting, preventing or managing the day of challenges. As highly skilled and personable planners we are experts at problem-solving, handling unforeseen circumstances and dealing with various personalities.
Do you help creative ideas and themes for my wedding?
You bet! This is what we specialize in. We are way more than planners. Our designers are equipped to help with creative inspiration, room designs, personalized touches, and more!
Do you only offer services for large, extravagant weddings, or do you assist with smaller weddings too?
We cater to all types of weddings, whether big or small, extravagant or intimate. No matter the scale of your celebration, we bring our same attention to detail to the event. Small weddings are often packed with greater levels of personalization and intimate moments. These give us unique opportunities for special creative expressions!
How do I choose the right wedding planner for my needs?
When selecting a wedding planner, you want to consider their experience, reputation, portfolio, and reviews from past clients. Schedule a consultation to see if your personalities and visions align. We don't take every client and you shouldn't hire just any ole planner! We want to make sure we are a good fit too. How much does it cost to hire a wedding planner, and is it worth the investment?
The cost of hiring our team varies based on location, services offered, and wedding size. We'd love to schedule a consult to discuss your wedding, budget and our cost. We are not trying to hide our pricing, but have learned that each wedding is different and we approach it this way from the beginning.
Our clients are often wanting to ensure their entire wedding investment is managed well rather than just viewing our service as the only investment. An experienced planning team is hyper vigilant to manage the investment of this entire process and day well. We have never had a client regret our services and protecting their investment of time, money, and dreams.
